Job Purpose

The Grade 4 Primary School Teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning within a blended Montessori and Cambridge Primary framework. The teacher will support the academic, social, emotional, and moral development of young people by creating a prepared, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages independence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge Primary Curriculum, integrating Montessori teaching principles
• Create a supportive, well-prepared learning environment that promotes independence and curiosity
• Assess and monitor learner progress and communicate effectively with parents
• Support the academic, social, and emotional development of young people

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
• Recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching upper primary (Grade 4 or equivalent)
• Experience in Cambridge Primary (Montessori training added advantage)
