JOB DETAILS:
Duties
- Collection of Rentals
- Management of utilities (Electricity, Water, Internet, etc) and reporting to the landowner
- Assigning of apartments to new tenants
- Overseeing daily maintenance works
- Reporting any issues or ambiguities to the land owner
Academic Qualifications
- Must be a Zambian citizen
- Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English
- Must have a minimum Diploma in any business, humanitarian or real estate field
- Must have at least 2 years-experience in real estate or any management field
- Must be at least 25 years
Personal attributes
- Must have interpersonal (social) skills
- Must be a good communicator
- Must have leadership skills
