The National Savings and Credit Bank (NATSAVE) is a government owned Non-Bank Financial Services Institution established in 1972 under the National Savings and Credit Act Chapter 423 of the Laws of Zambia. It is mandated under the Act to accept deposits, operate savings schemes, make, and give out loans, and to carry out any form of banking business.

The Bank is inviting offers for the purchase of the repossessed Residential Property located on Stand No. S/LUSAK/SLN_0031/2595, Makeni Villa-Lusaka.

Description of the Subject Property
This is a residential property comprising of a dwelling house with adjoining storeroom and external toilet/bathroom enclosed in a plastered and painted concrete block wall fence with stone cladding to some parts, topped with a six (6) strands electric fence and security lights.

The subject property is accessed via an automated steel sliding gate leading to a paved driveway, walkway and parking area.

The property is connected to ZESCO main power supply, water supply is from the borehole with a 5000L PVC tank on a steel stand and sewerage disposal is via a septic tank and soakaway system.
