JOB DETAILS:
Position Availability (1)
5 + years experience in mining and road works
Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities
• Preparation of preliminary cost plans for a project
• Advise on cost estimates concerning the design development of a project
• Advise on procurement, tendering and contractual procedures and arrangements
• Reviewing project plans and preparing quantity requirements
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Professional Certificate
