Mission of the role:
Drive regional growth for exploration drilling equipment through capital sales, REX, aftermarket business, and service support while developing strong customer relationships across mining and exploration markets.
Your mission:
Sales Growth: Expand regional sales of exploration drilling equipment and tools, identify new business opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
Aftermarket Solutions: Promote spare parts, consumables, rebuilds, and upgrades while building a strong service team to ensure machine availability and customer satisfaction.
Customer Partnerships: Develop long-term relationships with mining companies, drilling contractors, and distributors through regular site visits, technical support, and lifecycle agreements.
Market Intelligence: Monitor exploration activities, competitor developments, and provide accurate sales forecasts and insights to management.
Distributor Support: Strengthen distributor capabilities in sales and service, deliver product training, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution.
Performance Metrics: Achieve targets in equipment sales growth, aftermarket revenue, market share expansion, customer satisfaction, and distributor performance.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Engineering, Mining, Business, or related field.
- 8 – 10 years in similar industry and experience
- Experience in mining, drilling, exploration equipment, or heavy equipment industries.
- Strong background in both equipment sales and aftermarket/service business.
- Good understanding of exploration drilling applications and customer operations.
