Overview
Lions Aid Zambia (LIAZ) is a developmental agency for Lions Club International District 413 Zambia. LIAZ has secured funds from Lions Club International Foundation and the Pyott Foundation to support the Renovation of Mansa General Eye Department in Mansa District, Luapula Province.
• LIAZ therefore wishes to invite bids from registered contractors with NCC grade 6 or better with Proven record to submit bids.
• Interested companies should should collect the detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) from LIAZ offices or recommended offices by LIAZ in Mansa upon a payment of a non-refundable fees of ZMW 1,000.
• LIAZ will hold a physical pre-site visitation of the eye Clinic on Tuesday 25th January 2022 starting at 10:00 at Mansa General Hospital for all parties interested in bidding.
• Sealed Technical and Financial bids appropriately bound and labelled MUST be delivered in the Tender Box on or before Wednesday 4th February 2022 at 14:30 hrs at LIAZ offices.
