A.          Introduction

 Pact, a Washington, DC–based non-profit organization, is implementing the U.S. Department of State–funded Zambia Integrated Health Activity (hereinafter referred to as “Pact”). The Activity supports the Department of State and PEPFAR’s 95–95–95 objectives and delivers both service delivery and technical assistance to strengthen Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) services. Zambia Integrated Health works to improve, sustain, and integrate lifesaving HIV/AIDS and MNCH services at both health facility and community levels, ensuring that client-centered, high-impact, high-quality services are accessible to all Zambians.

Pact seeks to engage a qualified reputable broker to provide comprehensive medical health insurance and brokerage services for Pact Zambia employees and their eligible dependents. Follow link below for the detailed RFP.

Electronic submissions must be received no later than December 11, 2025, 17:00 hrs. Zambian Standard Time, please reference the RFP Number and RFP Name in the e-mail subject line.

Submissions must be forwarded in electronic format only (either PDF or Microsoft Word and Excel) to procurement-integratedhealth@pactworld.org. Quotations should not contain any unnecessary promotional material or elaborate presentation formats (black and white are preferred). Vendors must not submit zipped files. Those pages requiring original manual signatures should be scanned and sent in PDF format as an email attachment.
