Pact, a non-profit organization headquartered in Washington, DC, is implementing the Zambia Integrated HIV and Health Activity (Zambia Integrated Health Activity). The Activity supports the State Department and President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) objectives of 95/95/95 and provides both service delivery and technical assistance to strengthen Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) services. Zambia Integrated Health improves, sustains, and further integrates lifesaving HIV/AIDS and Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) services at both the health facility and community levels ensuring that client-centered, high-impact, high-quality services are accessible to all Zambians.

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit competitive offers and to select a qualified local organization/s for the provision of diagnosis, care, and treatment services in health facilities in Copperbelt and Central Provinces.

Deadline for submission of proposals is December 26, 2025. Submissions must be forwarded in electronic format only (either PDF or Microsoft Word and Excel) to zihsubcontracts@pactworld.org. Offeror’s proposals should not contain any unnecessary promotional material or elaborate presentation formats (black and white is preferred). Offerors must not submit zipped files. Those pages requiring original manual signatures should be scanned and sent in PDF format as an email attachment. a
