JOB DETAILS:
Job Description

• Identify research fields required for the purpose of developing programs;
  
• Select research proposals and ensure their approval by the management;
  
• Ensure the availability of the required budget for the implementation of the approved proposals;
  
• Monitor data collection, analysis and reports for the purpose of sharing information, eliminating redundancy, and maintaining strict focus;
  
• Identify and involve key stakeholders who can facilitate the research process;
  
• Prepare and facilitate meetings, workshops and seminars for the purpose of research validation;
  
• Communicate the research findings to RHA Management for the purpose of providing adequate policy measures;
  
• Participate in a variety of cross
• functional meetings, workshops, seminars, conferences for the purpose of conveying and gathering required information;
  
• Participate in the trainings, workshops and community meetings on research and development subjects;
  
• Propose research fields for the purpose of providing general information, trainings and institutional advancement and ensure their approval;
  
• Coordinate the trainings, meetings for purpose of disseminating the approved research findings;
  
• Assess and evaluate the implementation of the policy measures by stakeholders in the housing sector;
  
• Identify the issues that may result in conflicts of policies, regulations and community concerns and advise the management on the way forwards
  Job Profile
  A0 in City and Regional Planning, Urban and Regional Planning,Architecture, Urban/Rural Economics, Development Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences or Urban Design with at least 3 years of working experience; or Master degree in Degree in City and Regional Planning, Urban and Regional Planning,Architecture, Urban/Rural Economics, Development Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences or Urban Design
