EQWPE Clothing is seeking a proactive and highly organized Retail Sales Officer to manage and grow our website retail sales operations. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for processing online orders, coordinating production, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, accountable, and able to coordinate between sales, stock, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow website retail sales
• Process and confirm all online customer orders
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain reorders
• Prepare and manage job cards for manufacturing
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely completion of orders
• Maintain accurate stock and sales records
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues
• Track sales performance and provide reports
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer experience

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in retail sales, e-commerce, or online order management
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email communication
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Experience in clothing or fashion retail
• Familiarity with website order management systems
• Basic understanding of production planning
