We are looking for fast, disciplined, and reliable Restaurant Runners to support service at our rooftop lounge. This role is essential in ensuring that food reaches guests quickly, accurately, and in perfect condition.

Role Overview

As a Runner, you are the link between the kitchen and the guest. Your speed, awareness, and coordination will directly impact the overall dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Food Delivery & Accuracy

• Deliver food from the kitchen to tables quickly and efficiently
• Ensure every order is correct and served to the right table
• Handle plates with care to maintain presentation and quality

2. Service Support

• Assist waiters during peak hours to maintain smooth service
• Help with clearing and resetting tables when required
• Support both kitchen and front-of-house teams as needed

3. Communication & Coordination

• Maintain clear communication with chefs and waiters
• Be aware of order flow and prioritize urgent dishes
• Report any issues or delays immediately

4. Speed, Awareness & Discipline

• Stay alert and responsive at all times
• Move efficiently without compromising safety or professionalism
• Maintain high energy levels throughout service

Requirements

• 0–1 year experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
