Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Accountant with exposure to logistics operations. The ideal candidate will manage sales accounting processes, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales accounting activities including invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Reconcile customer accounts and monitor accounts receivable.
• Collaborate with the logistics/warehouse team to track shipments and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate sales and financial records.
• Prepare regular sales and financial reports for management.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Provide support to sales and operations teams with relevant data and analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales accounting; exposure to logistics is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
