• Sales Consultant – Mansa – 1 Position

Requirements / Who Should Apply

• Full Grade 12 School Certificate
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or any related field
• At least 1 year work experience in the microfinance sector
• Valid driver's licence
• Must be a resident of Mansa for the Mansa position or Mufumbwe for the Mufumbwe position
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell the company's financial products and services
• Identify and recruit new clients
• Conduct customer assessments and loan application processes
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
