Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Customer Relations Officer to grow our customer base, manage client relationships, and ensure excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for courier and logistics services
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups professionally
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Promote company services through calls, visits, and digital platforms
  • Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms
  • Create engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos, promotions, announcements).
  • Protect and enhance the MacSpeedy’s brand image online.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service (logistics experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude
  • Class B or above driving License and minimum 2 years driving experience.
