Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales Intern to support sales, customer engagement, and order follow-ups. This role offers exposure to sales operations within a manufacturing and creative business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with responding to customer inquiries
- Support sales order processing and follow-ups
- Help maintain customer records and sales trackers
- Assist with basic marketing and sales coordination tasks
- Support the sales team with reporting and administration
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)
- Customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
