Company Overview

Zam-Top Investment Limited is a fast growing real estate company specialized in land sales, property development and property management. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven individuals to join our team as Sales and Marketing Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company land and property offerings
• Identify and engage potential clients
• Conduct site visits with prospective buyers
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage
• Proven experience in sales/marketing is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of real estate sales is a plus
