Role Overview
The Sales Manager will oversee the sales division for trucks and cars, ensuring targets are met, strategies are executed, and customer satisfaction remains at the highest level. This is a leadership role requiring strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to inspire a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for trucks and cars.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including fleet and retail customers.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of both commercial trucks and passenger cars market.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
