We are inviting applicants to fill the following positions:

SALES OFFICER (2), Chilanga (1) and Kanakantapa(1)

Contract Type: Permanent and Pensionable.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

a) Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and provide product information and advice on feed products.
• Process sales transactions and prepare customer invoices.
• Receive and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and stock movements.
• Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized and customer-friendly.

b) Minimum Qualifications

• - Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate or General Certificate of Education Equivalent.
• - Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
• - At least one year of experience in sales or customer service.
• - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Basic computer skills and experience with invoicing systems.
