FALANE SOLUTIONS LIMITED is a leading provider of HR & Immigration services in Zambia.On behalf of our Clients We are looking for an ambitious, target-driven Sales Representative to expand our market reach, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth. If you have the energy and drive to close deals, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Leads: Identify, prospect, and acquire new business clients within the region.
• Pitch & Present: Deliver compelling product presentations and negotiate contracts with prospective buyers.
• Client Relations: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Attitude: Highly motivated, resilient, and target-oriented.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred).
• Requirements: willingness to travel within the Lusaka area.
