About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to lead shop operations and grow sales through both in-person and digital channels. This is a leadership role — you will supervise a team of two sales representatives while actively generating and converting leads.

Your mission: grow sales revenue by bringing customers to us — online and offline — regardless of our location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate 2 sales representatives to hit daily and monthly targets
  • Manage shop operations and maintain high customer service standards
  • Generate leads through organic content creation and paid digital advertising
  • Manage and optimise a monthly paid advertising budget across Facebook and other platforms
  • Build and maintain an active customer database for follow-up and repeat sales
  • Report weekly on leads, conversions, and marketing spend performance
  • Represent the brand professionally — online and in person

Who We Are Looking For

Non-negotiable:

  • Proven track record in sales — we want numbers, not just experience
  • Basic digital marketing knowledge — content creation, paid ads, lead generation
  • Leadership ability — can supervise, motivate and hold a small team accountable
  • Fast learner with genuine hunger to drive results

Advantageous:

  • Experience in a retail, shop or showroom environment
  • Technical knowledge of auto or motorcycle spare parts
  • Experience managing a marketing or advertising budget

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days

  • Lead generation system running — organic and paid
  • Sales team hitting consistent weekly targets
  • Active customer database built and in regular use
  • Marketing budget delivering measurable return

Qualifications

  • Self-taught with proven, demonstrable results
  • Certificate in a technical field plus sales experience
  • Diploma in Sales or Marketing
  • Content Creation School certificate or equivalent
  • Digital marketing certificate from any recognised platform
