JOB DETAILS:
The main objective of this role is to build an active clientele base and ensure customers’ requirements are met. .

Key Responsibilities.
• To create additional business and to make sure that current customers are completely serviced.
• Responsible for the formation of a database of clients.
• Identify and prepare sales proposal that are ideally tailored to the needs of the customer.
• To sell company products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects: recommending solutions.
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
• To achieve a set number of visits target in line with the sales targets for new business and maintaining existing customers.
• To prepare weekly/monthly statistical reports comparing targets set against targets achieved.
• To prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports detailing progress against targets.
• Identify weakness in existing marketing campaigns and develop solutions within the budget.

Requirements.
• Grade 12 School certificate.
• Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
• 3 years Minimum work experience in Freight and logistics industry.
• Net salary K4500 plus commission.
• Must have a SADC driving license.

Job Experience Requirements: 3 years
