Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and vigilant Security Supervisors responsible for overseeing security personnel and ensuring safety protocols are effectively implemented across our client sites in Zambia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate security staff activities on assigned sites.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to maintain high security standards.
• Handle security incidents and report accordingly.
• Train and mentor security personnel.
• Maintain detailed logs and incident reports.
• Liaise with clients and law enforcement when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in security supervision or management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly.
• Valid motor bike licence
• Familiarity with local laws and security practices in Zambia.
