1. Senior ICT Specialist x 1 (Location - Kitwe)

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for implementing and maintenance of IT policies and standards

In charge of day-to-day IT Operation support, systems and infrastructure

Responsible for and overseeing hardware and software installations

Responsible for IT assets management including component inventory and related documentation

Own the enterprise risk management portfolio including disaster recovery, compliance and all other identified IT risk arears

Own the IT operating and capital budget, forest and accruals process as it relates to all cost centers

Lead the IT governance process including IT general controls, policies and procedures

Ensure secure, efficient operations through systems maintenance

Maintain relationship with external vendors and service providers

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Advanced knowledge in networks and security systems

5-10 years specialized experience of network administration, software deployment , data management, cloud solutions and security protocols.

Excellent leadership, communication and staff training skills
