JOB DETAILS:
Background
Gardaworld is a global leader in security services and cash solutions. We are seeking a Senior Technician to join our team in the Copperbelt region.
Responsibilities
- Physical cabling, routing and wiring for the installation of security systems.
- Perform the termination of security end device's.
- Configure and test installed systems in preparation for QA/QC inspection.
- Perform end user orientation as assigned.
- Troubleshooting and fault resolution of installed security systems.
- Complete all maintenance duties as assigned in line with SOPs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a technician, preferably in security systems installation.
- Proficiency in physical cabling, routing, and wiring.
- Experience with termination of security end devices.
- Ability to configure and test systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault resolution skills.
- Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
