Qualifications and Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and mining experience in the applied field.
- Valid Silicosis Certificate for operational positions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Computer literacy and supervisory skills for senior positions.
- EIZ or ZIHRM membership where applicable.
- Ability to work in demanding mining environments.
