Requirements:

• Must be a resident of chipata eastern province
• Must live near town or an area where they can get to town under 20 minutes or where transport is not a problem
• Must be a quick learner, serious, committed person (no time for time wasters)
• Must follow instructions, anyone who calls and not email, will be disqualified

Duties:

• Receiving, unpacking, re-packing and arranging new shipments from suppliers /vendors and warehouse
• Requesting for products that are needed in the shop(before the products run out)
• Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves
• Assisting customers in finding the products they’re looking for
• Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till
• Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
• Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
• Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours
• Performing periodic price audits/stock take to resolve price/stock discrepancies
• Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area/store room clean and organised at all times.
