About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Signage Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves the manufacture, installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of signage, including illuminated signs, vinyl graphics, digital displays, and way finding systems. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely, and enjoys problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair indoor and outdoor signage
• Apply vinyl graphics to vehicles, windows, walls, and sign panels
• Assemble illuminated and non-illuminated sign systems
• Perform basic electrical work for LED and illuminated signage
• Operate tools and equipment safely (ladders, lifts, power tools)
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and work orders
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and company standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in signage installation or a related trade (preferred)
• Basic electrical knowledge (for illuminated signage)
• Ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable (But Not Essential)

• Experience with vinyl cutting, wide-format printing, or CNC equipment
• Certifications for working at heights, EWP, or electrical work
• Background in construction, graphics, or fabrication
