Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site/Construction Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of solar PV installation projects. The successful candidate will ensure that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for solar PV projects.
  • Manage installation teams, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor adherence to project plans, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct daily site inspections, progress reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
  • Oversee material deliveries, equipment usage, and site logistics.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work schedules and quality checks.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction supervision, preferably in renewable energy or electrical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, construction processes, and safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary site activities.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.
