Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive New Media Operations Manager to lead and manage our furniture brand’s online presence and live broadcast sales operations. The ideal candidate will oversee project operations, manage live-stream sales activities, operate social media accounts, and lead a growing digital marketing team.

This role plays an important part in increasing furniture sales through digital marketing, live streaming, and strong team management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Operations Management

Plan and manage digital marketing and sales projects related to furniture products.

Coordinate between marketing, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor performance and optimize strategies to improve online sales.

2. Live Broadcast Management

Plan, organize, and supervise live streaming sessions showcasing furniture products.

Prepare product presentations, promotional offers, and sales strategies for live broadcasts.

Track performance of live sessions and improve sales conversion.

3. New Media Account Operations

Manage and grow company social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

Create and implement content strategies to attract customers and increase engagement.

Analyze social media data and optimize campaigns.

4. Team Management

Lead and supervise the new media and live broadcast team.

Train staff on live streaming, product presentation, and content creation.

Ensure team members maintain professionalism and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Experience in new media operations, digital marketing, or social media management.

Experience with live streaming sales or e-commerce operations is highly preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to analyze performance data and improve marketing strategies.

Good communication and organizational abilities.

Experience in retail, furniture sales, or online commerce is an advantage.

Compensation

Competitive base salary (based on experience).

2% commission on total sales generated through live broadcasts and new media channels.
