Supply, Delivery and Installation of ITC Infrastructure, Power Continuity and Security Board Access Solution Tender at Public Service Micro finance Company Limited

1. The Public Service Micro finance Company Limited provided funds in 2025 / 2026 Budget, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the two agreement(s) resulting from this IFB:
2. The Public Service Microfinance Company Limited serves as the implementing agency for the project/programme and now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders
3. Bidding will be conducted using the Open International Bidding (OIB) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act number 8 of 2020 and the Public Procurement Regulations of 2022 and is open to all Bidders eligible as defined in these Bidding Documents.
4. Interested in eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the procurement unit at Public Service Microfinance Company Limited. A virtual pre-bid meeting which potential bidders may attend will be held on Tuesday 25th November 2025 at 14:00hrs. Link shall be posted on PSMFC website and Facebook
5. A participation fee of ZMW1,000.00 shall be paid to Zambia Procurement Authority ZPPA through the e-GP System for participating in each of the two tenders.
6. Bids must be submitted through e-GP System, and no hard copies will be required. The closing date for bid submission is Friday December 19, 2025.
7. The attention of prospective Bidders is drawn to (i) the fact that they will be required to certify in their bids that all software is either covered by a valid license or was produced by the Bidder and (ii) that violations are considered fraud, which can result in ineligibility to be awarded Government-financed contracts.
