Surface Treatment Foreman
Responsibilities or duties
In charge of on-site organization and management of road surface treatment and chip seal construction. Arrange machine operators and construction personnel, coordinate asphalt distributor, chip spreader and other equipment. Control construction technology, quality, progress and site safety. Inspect construction process, solve on-site technical problems, take charge of daily work arrangement and personnel management.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
High school education or above
Experience needed
More than 5 years of construction experience
