Kafue Town Council invites applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals to serve as Temporal Building Inspectors (10) on a commission basis.

Responsibilities or duties

• Conduct field inspections of buildings and construction activities within Kafue District.
• Identify unapproved and unauthorized development.
• Verify compliance with approved building plans and council regulations.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the council.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Must be 18 years old and above
• Minimum Diploma in Construction
• Ability to work extensively in the field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and capable of undertaking field inspections
