Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
- Scheduled maintenance tasks completed on time
- Servicing equipment according to company procedure and OEM recommendations
- Equipment reliability maintained at target levels and Minimising repeat failures after repair
Breakdown diagnosis and Repair
- Faults diagnosed accurately and within acceptable response times
- Repairs completed efficiently with minimal downtime
- Mechanical breakdowns reduced overtime through consistency inspection
Inspection and Condition Monitoring
- Identifying early signs of wear or failure and making sure Inspection reports are completed accurately
- Equipment lifespan improved through proactive maintenance

Academic Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of a Trade certificate or Diploma in Motor vehicle mechanics.
- Must be a registered member of Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ)
- Full Grade Twelve (12) Certificate
- ZAQA certified academic qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years mechanical maintenance experience
- Experience with heavy equipment or fleet maintenance
- Experience working with hydraulic systems
- Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage
