Job Purpose

To ensure effective and efficient booking and scheduling of both valuation and tracker fitment services, while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational coordination.

Main Responsibilities

  • Capture and schedule all valuation orders, tracker fitment orders, and de-installation orders.
  • Liaise with IT Support in case of system failures or technical challenges.
  • Coordinate with valuers and technical teams for field assignments.
  • Preparation and processing of valuation and tracking job data to the technical team.
  • Provide consistent and timely updates to customers on the status of their bookings.
  • Ensure adherence to all company procedures and service standards.
  • Make necessary follow-ups on pending or exceptional cases to ensure closure.
  • Liaise with the accounts department on matters of invoicing and fee collections

Education & Competencies and Skills

  • Degree or Diploma in relevant Arts and Science.
  • Good team player.
  • Excellent organizational, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Integrity and reliability.
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
