POSITION: BRANCH MANAGER x 1 (KASAMA DISTRICT)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Driving Sales
- Relationship Management
- Branch Operational Efficiency
- Customer Service
- Overseeing overall Branch day to day operations
Skills and Other Attributes
- High levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Trust worthy, reliable, sober minded and Honest.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Analytical skills and problem solving by focusing on analysis and trends.
- Ability to manage resources efficiently
- Responsibility for compliance with policies and procedures, ability to comply himself/herself as well as to enforce it in other staff members in order to achieve increased efficiency
- Good leadership, communication, supervision, training/coaching skills,
- Good understanding of the microfinance industry at the local level is an advantage
Qualification(s)
- Must have a full Grade 12 certificate
- Diploma or Degree in Accounts, Business Administration, Community Development, Agriculture, any other social or business-related courses.
- Must have at least 1 year experience in sales and marketing. (With proven track record and clean employment record).
- Minimum 2 years hands on experience in Microfinance required
Motorbike License (Class A) is an added advantage.
Must have a full Grade 12 certificate Diploma or Degree in Accounts, Business Administration, Community Development, Agriculture, any other social or business-related courses. Must have at least 1 year experience in sales and marketing. (With proven track record and clean employment record). Minimum 2 years hands on experience in Microfinance required Motorbike License (Class A) is an added advantage.
