JOB DETAILS:
Butchery Assistant
- Assist the Butcher in preparing meat products (e.g., cutting, grinding, trimming).
- Package, weigh, and label meat products accurately.
- Ensure display counters are clean, well-stocked, and attractively presented.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the butchery area.
- Operate and clean butchery equipment like mincers and slicers safely
