Zambia Postal Services Corporation (Zampost), a State-Owned Enterprise mandated to provide postal, courier, and financial services across the country, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Digital Marketing Officer.
Purpose of Role
To plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns that promote ZAMPOST’s products and services. The role ensures effective use of digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities or duties
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Plan and execute online campaigns across social media, website, email, SMS, and e-commerce platforms.
- Manage content creation (graphics, copy, video, digital ads) and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor and respond to customer engagement on digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Commercial, ICT, Operations, and external partners to implement digital solutions.
- Ensure compliance with communication policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications or requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably in a corporate, logistics, or postal environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.

- Strong digital and social media literacy.
- Creativity and content development skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Team player with collaborative and problem-solving skills.
