We are seeking an inspirational and visionary HEADMISTRESS to lead our school’s FOUNDATION AND LOWER PRIMARY SECTION and build on our strong foundation of academic excellence and holistic

development. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and compassionate leader who is passionate about education and committed to fostering a supportive and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

– A deep understanding of the Foundation and Lower Primary Stage and curriculum development.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, staff, parents, and the wider community.

– Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

– Demonstrated ability to inspire and mentor a team of dedicated educators.

– A commitment to continuous professional development and innovative educational practices.

– A naturally compassionate and empathetic nature, with the ability to create a nurturing atmosphere for both students and staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
