The Council of Mulungushi University is an equal opportunity employer and is inviting qualified and sufficiently motivated individuals to apply for the following positions:

Job purpose:

To teach, assess, conduct research and carry out community service and other academic related responsibilities.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Must have a Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five Credits that must include Mathematics and English Language
• Must have an earned Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Information Technology or ICT from a reputable and accredited University with a minimum of a Merit
• Must have an earned Master of Science in Computer Science or Information Technology or ICT from a reputable and accredited university
• A PhD in Computer Science or Information Technology or ICT from a reputable and accredited University will be an added advantage
• Functional computer literacy skills
• A fully paid up member of a relevant professional body with a valid practicing license

Experience needed

• A minimum of two years teaching experience at University level

Any other provided details (e.g., benefits, work environment, team info, or additional notes)

• Proof of research and publications will also be an added advantage

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
