About the Logistics Manager Role
The successful candidate will take full ownership of the trucking logistics operations, ensuring fleet efficiency, punctual deliveries, and strict adherence to transport regulations. Key Responsibilities for Logistics Manager Jobs in Lusaka
Strategic Planning & Operations: Develop and execute logistics strategies to maximize fleet utilization and delivery efficiency; plan trucking schedules, routes, and dispatch; monitor daily operations to ensure cost-effective, timely deliveries; track performance metrics and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in logistics management, with a preference for trucking industry expertise.
Skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of fleet operations, transport regulations, and supply chain management.
- Proficient with logistics software, fleet management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
