JOB DETAILS:
Yalelo is seeking highly motivated, energetic, and hard-working individual to take up the role of Management Accountant. The Management Accountant will be responsible for production investments, risk management, budgeting, planning, strategizing, and decision making.
Location: This position is based in Siavonga.

The Right-Fit candidate will:
• Demonstrate knowledge to effectively identify and update product cost as necessary.
• Perform key financial and business analytics in the business.
• Manage the budget and forecasting process across the business.
• Evaluate business processes, anticpating requirements, development and implementing solutions.
• Aligning strategy and vision into operating models for sustainable success.
• Understanding the market in which the company operates, its customers internal and external factors affecting performance.
• Awareness of the business processes and key metrics associated to business aspect relevant to the job role.
• Establishing and managing both internal(Commercial) and external(supplier) relationships to satisfy organisational goals.
• Execution, monitoring progress and correcting wrongs of projects as when requested and ability to communicate outcome of project.
• Posses knowledge if basic macroeconomic measures and ghave a general undersanting of the effects.

The Essentials:
• Advanced Excel, Business Modelling, FMCG and Aquaculture Operations knowledge, Advanced Financial Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting Skills, Narrative Analytics.Preferred Work Experience
4 years work experience in Business Analysis.
