1. Plant Supervisor (Production & Packing) – 2 Positions

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production and packing operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor staff performance and maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Food Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a production setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

2. Production Data Entry Operator – 1 Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately record and enter daily production data.
• Maintain updated production logs and generate periodic reports.
• Assist in tracking production performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in ICT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry or clerical work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail.

3. Stores Assistant – 1 Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Support stock receiving, storage, and dispatch processes.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Food Processing, Machine Operation, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience operating extruder machinery.
• Basic mechanical and problem-solving skills.
