Role Context
The Projects Coordinator will assist with planning, monitoring, and reporting on construction, infrastructure, and land development projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project planning and execution activities.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Organize meetings and track project action items.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems.
- Coordinate contractors and oversee milestone achievements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in project coordination, construction, land development, or operations.
- Experience with budget tracking, contractor coordination, and executive reporting.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) is an advantage.

- Detail-oriented with strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
