JOB DETAILS:

Role Summary:
Retail Sales Assistants are responsible for welcoming customers, helping them find products, answering questions, and ensuring an overall pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Offer product knowledge and guide customers on purchasing decisions
• Restock shelves and display merchandise attractively
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
• Good spoken English and interpersonal skills
• Previous retail experience is an added advantage

Work Hours: 8
