JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:

• Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations
• Maintain store presentation by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring cleanliness
• Drive sales through proactive engagement, upselling techniques, and promoting current promotions
• Process customer returns or exchanges according to company policies
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product performance

Requirements:

• Must possess a Grade 12 certificate
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be a Ndola resident or willing to relocate to Ndola
• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends
• A business course, sales experience, or knowledge of retail operations will be considered an added advantage
