JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:

• Ensure the safety and security of staff, customers, and company premises by conducting regular patrols
• Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activities or incidents to management
• Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, or customer disputes with professionalism
• Collaborate with local authorities if necessary and maintain incident logs
• Assist with access control, including verifying visitor credentials and managing entry points

Requirements:

• Must possess a Grade 12 certificate
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be a Ndola resident or willing to relocate to Ndola
• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends
• A business course, security training, or prior security experience will be considered an added advantage
