Job Summary
Working under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Shop Manager will have to plan, organize, direct and control the daily business running of the shop to the satisfaction of the customers and ensuring that sales are maximized, hourly budgets are achieved, brand integrity is maintained, set housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained, and targeted profitability is achieved.

Requirements
1. 2-3 years experience in a similar position or equivalent (Non-negotiable)
2. Knowledge of Quick Service Restaurants’ organizational effectiveness and operations management.
3. Familiarity with QSR financial principles and experience in budgeting and forecasting among others

Academic Qualifications
1. GCE O’Level Certificate
2. Advanced Diploma or Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management/Hospitality Management/Food production or Related Field
3. Hotel and Catering Certificate or Diploma is an added advantage
