We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Specialist, Facility Management to join our Occupational Health team. The successful candidate will focus on improving the efficiency, quality, and consistency of medical assessment services by reducing employee waiting times, optimising patient flow, and ensuring clinical facilities are always prepared for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities in Facility Management Jobs in Kalumbila
- Manage patient flow and clinic workflows to minimise delays and avoid bottlenecks
- Coordinate real-time communication with patients during peak periods and wait-time changes
- Maintain readiness of rooms, equipment, and stock across all shifts
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience within the clinic
- Standardise administrative and clinical workflow processes
- Support data accuracy, documentation, and turnaround time monitoring
- Drive continuous improvement and workflow optimisation projects
- Collaborate with the Occupational Health Coordinator on quality assurance, audits, and operational enhancements

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Qualifications in Health Administration, Health Auditing, Public Health, Customer Service, Health Systems Management, or a related field
- Additional credentials in lean healthcare, project management, operations management, or Quality Assurance Management in Healthcare are advantageous
- Experience in facility management, healthcare operations, quality assurance, or facility coordination is beneficial
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- ZAQA validated professional qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
