JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
• Manage and motivate a team of employees to meet performance targets and maintain high productivity levels
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
• Coordinate with other supervisors and management to align with company goals and policies
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training or feedback to team members as needed

Requirements:

• Must possess a Grade 12 certificate
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be a Ndola resident or willing to relocate to Ndola
• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends
• A business course, supervisory experience, or leadership training will be considered an added advantage
