Responsibilities or duties

The warehousing and Logistics interns will support daily stock control operations by assisting with physical inventory counts, reconciliations, and updates to power hub. They will help coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, verify deliveries, and ensure accurate documentation across the warehouse functions. The interns will also contribute to maintaining organized storage areas in the warehouse, preparing materials for audits and distribution, and implementing basic warehouse improvement practices. They will also assist in generating inventory and logistics reports, developing simple dashboard visuals, analyzing stock movement trends, and ensuring data accuracy. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in training and field activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, warehousing or a related field.

Strong interest in warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to learn quickly and follow established procedures and safety guidelines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data entry tools.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience needed

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A year or more experience is an added advantage.

Prior experience or coursework related to warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics is a plus.
